SALISBURY, MD, APRIL 2019- Matthew Trader of Rinnier Development Company recently closed on the sale of the former Wendy’s located off of Route 50 in Salisbury, MD. This was the first of Salisbury’s two vacant Wendy’s properties to trade or lease; since the recent store closings. Trader who was selected by Gordy Fuel to sell the property, represented both the buyer and the seller in the transaction. The property was purchased by Five Stars Investment LLC, who are currently working with Trader on finding a new tenant.
