SALISBURY, MD, OCTOBER 2020- Matthew Trader of Rinnier Development Company recently brokered the sale of the Atlantic Coastal Well Drilling property located at 107 Lincoln, Avenue in Delmar, DE. The property traded for $315,789 by an out of town purchaser.
The buyer was represented by Melissa Strawbridge of Berkshire Hathaway. Plans for the property are still unknown currently. Atlantic Coastal Well Drilling, who have been in business for nearly 40 years, will be moving to their new location off of Route 20, in Seaford, DE.
