The Robinson's deal represents the sixth new lease signed at the Twilley Centre this year. Robinson's has been operating on Delmarva for over twenty years. Trader comments, "We are experiencing an astronomical amount of activity at the Twilley Centre right now. I'm getting calls regularly from potential new tenants and the center is packed. Looking at the parking lot and foot traffic I would say it's one of the busiest centers in the Salisbury Market, outside of the Mall and Wal-Mart. Robinson's has a huge following, so I expect traffic patterns to increase even more; which is good for everyone at The Twilley Centre.
