SALISBURY, MD, JUNE 2020- Matthew Trader of Rinnier Development Company and Doug James of NAI Coastal recently negotiated a deal to bring Rusty Hook Bait & Tackle to the Tred Avon Square Shopping Center in Easton, MD. Trader represented the Landlord and James represented the Tenant. Rusty Hook, who specializes in bait, tackle and fishing supplies will take over the 2700 square feet space formerly occupied by Radio Shack.
Trader comments, "I think this is great catch for Tred Avon and the Easton Market. Rusty Hook is providing a much needed service to the local fishing industry. This was my first time doing a deal with Doug and I really enjoyed it. He and I worked well together and I was happy we were able to reel this one in. I think Rusty Hook is going to be a great addition to Tred Avon.
