SALISBURY, MD, MARCH 2021- Matthew Trader of Rinnier Development Company and Debbie Lipscomb of Benson & Mangold recently closed on the sale of 719 Goldsborough St in Easton. The property traded at $284,300 and was purchased by a local investor who will be leasing the building to a vacation rental business. The building will be used for operations and reservations. Trader represented the seller in this transaction and Lipscomb represented the buyer.
