DELMAR, DE, JULY 2020- Matthew Trader of Rinnier Development Company recently helped Tommy Burdett of Keller Williams find a new home for his new Real Estate firm, The Delmarva Home Team. Tommy, AKA the Racing Realtor, and partner Stephen Brown will be opening their new branch at the Delmar Square Shopping Center in Delmar, DE.
Trader represented the landlord in this transaction and Burdett represented himself (the tenant). Burdett and Brown have some unique plans for their office. The Delmarva Home Team is a branch of Keller Williams that specializes in residential real estate brokerage. Their new office is slated to open sometime this summer.
Trader comments, "I have been friends with Tommy for over 25 years and I was honored that he asked me to help him find a space for his new office. It’s pretty cool when you get to do a deal with a guy you grew up with and in the town you grew up in, at that. Personally, I don’t think either one of us expected that we would be doing these things when we were kids and I don’t think anybody else thought we would either, but people grow. Speaking of growth, I’ve watch Tommy grow as a realtor these past few years and what he has been able to accomplish in such a short period of time, has been incredible. I think this new location is going to be exceptional for him and his team. They will be a great addition to the tenant lineup at Delmar Square. I wish them the all the luck in the world," says Trader.
