Blair Rinnier, President of Rinnier Development Company, completed the sale of 677 S. Salisbury Boulevard. Rinnier represented the seller who was a group of investors, who recently renovated the building.
After negotiating lease and purchase offers on the property, Rinnier worked with the owners to pursue the sale of the property to a local medical owner/occupant. Rinnier co-brokered with Rick Tilghman of Sperry Van Ness, who represented the buyer.
