The unit, which is currently leased by PRMC was sold for $310,000 to Shelmire Investments LLC., who was represented by Chris Davis of SVN. Matthew Trader represented the seller in this transaction. This is one of the many income producing medical properties that have changed hands in Salisbury over the past few months.
