SALISBURY, MD, FEBRUARY 2019- Matthew Trader of Rinnier Development Company recently closed on the sale of the former Sunbeam Bread Factory, located at 111 Olive Street in Salisbury, MD. Trader represented both the buyer and the seller of the 33,000 SF warehouse facility; which traded at $360,000. The property was purchased by one of Delmarva’s premier telecommunication companies, Maloney Telecom Inc, who will be transforming the property into their new headquarters. They will be sharing the facility with 1-800 Radiator, who signed on to lease a part of the building, in a deal that Trader helped negotiate. Maloney Telecom is set to move forward with construction, within the coming weeks.
