Brandon Ziska brokers $1.5M sale of the 'Soft Touch Car Wash' on rt. 13 in north Salisbury MD to new owner- 'Modwash'. This cutting-edge car wash renovation will repurpose the previous full-service wash structure, creating a new state-of-the-art express wash in its place.
The new wash will offer several levels of wash options, including new aged features such as "ceramic coating", and free to use high power vacuum systems included at all price points. ModWash also offers cleaning/drying sham towels, and complimentary air fresheners to customers.
"The new wash will be great for our area, will provide new jobs and a much needed "facelift" to the existing building, while offering the newest car wash technology for patrons," says Ziska.
The new wash will be operational in late 2020, and Ziska is involved in several other Modwash deals scheduled to open in the eastern shore market throughout 2021-2022.
