Salisbury, MD, January 2026-Matthew Trader of Rinnier Development Company has brokered the $1.7 million sale of a fully leased industrial property at 2020 Northwood Drive in Salisbury, reflecting continued investor confidence and long-term economic stability in the local market.
The 20,000-square-foot facility is occupied under a long-term lease by Torroid Corporation, a well-established regional employer. The transaction highlights sustained demand for stabilized industrial assets that support local jobs and long-term business continuity in Wicomico County.
“This transaction reflects the strength of well-located industrial properties and the confidence investors continue to show in Salisbury,” Trader said. “The stability of the tenant and the long-term nature of the lease were key drivers in this deal.”
The transaction represents another notable deal brokered by Trader, who has somehow remained extremely active in the local market at a time when commercial real estate transaction volume has slowed nationally due to higher interest rates and tighter capital conditions.
Trader also credited the seller’s property manager, Brynne Moore, for her role in the transaction. “Her responsiveness and commitment were instrumental in keeping the process moving efficiently from start to finish,” he said.
